All that you achieve and all that you fail to achieve are the direct result of your own thoughts. In a justly ordered world created by The Most High, where loss of balance would mean total destruction, individual responsibility must be absolute.

Your weakness, strength, purity and impurity are your own and not another human being. They are brought about by you and not by another; they can only be altered by you, never by another. Your condition is also your own and not another. Your suffering and your happiness are evolved from within you. As you think, so you are; as you continue to think, so you remain.

You can only rise, conquer, and achieve by lifting up your thoughts through The Word of The Most High. You can only remain weak, negative, and miserable by refusing to lift up your thoughts. You were born to win according to The Word of The Most High.

Before you can achieve anything, even following The Most High, you must lift your thoughts above all forms of negativity or impurity. If you don't begin to control your thoughts, you WILL NOT be in a position to control your affairs and to adopt serious responsibilities. You will never be in a position to act independently and to stand alone because your thinking will be controlled by issues, circumstances, situations, and man-made institutions.

There can be no progress, no achievement without sacrifice. Your success in The Most High will be measured by your willingness to sacrifice your negative and impure thoughts. The higher you lift your thoughts in The Word of The Most High, the greater will be your success, and the more blessed and enduring will be your achievements.

Achievement, of whatever kind, is the crown of effort and the pinnacle of thought. By the aid of self-control, determination, purity, positivity, and well-directed thought, you will ascend. By the aid of negativity, fear, impurity, corruption, and confusion of thought, you will descend.

You may rise to high success in YAH, and again descend into weakness and negativity by allowing arrogant, selfish, and corrupt thoughts to take possession of your thought process.

Victories attained by right thought can only be maintained by watchfulness. Many give way when success in The Most High is assured, and rapidly fall back into failure.

All achievements, whether in the business, intellectual, or spiritual realm, are the result of definitively directed thought. They are governed by the same law and are of the same method; the only difference lies in the object of attainment.

If you want to accomplish little, then you must sacrifice little. If you want to achieve much, then you must sacrifice much. If you want to attain highly, then you must sacrifice greatly.

Until thought is linked with purpose in following the "Word" of The Most High, there can be no accomplishment. With the majority of people, their thoughts are allowed to "drift" upon the ocean of life. Aimless thinking (thinking by default) is normally negative thinking, and such drifting must not continue for those who would steer clear of drama and destruction.

If you have no central purpose in your life such as giving The Most High your all (mind, heart, body, soul, spirit, and might), you’ll fall as easy prey to worries, fears, troubles, and self-pity, which lead to failure, unhappiness, and loss.

You should purpose in your heart to follow the"Word" of The Most High, and set out to accomplish it. You should make his "Word" the centralizing point of your thoughts. You should make his "Word" your consuming passion. You should devote yourself to its attainment, not allowing your thoughts to wander away into other fantasies, longings, and imaginings. You must not become a "Jack of All Trades" in your thinking when it comes to the "Word" of The Most High.

Put away aimlessness, unrighteousness, and negativity. Begin to think with purpose and enter the ranks of those who only recognize failure as results on the pathway of entering in the kingdom of The Most High.

Having conceived The Word of The Most High, you should mentally make plans to accomplish it by NOT looking to the right or to the left. Doubts and fears should be released and completely eliminated. Purpose, energy, the power to do, and all positive thoughts cease when doubt and fear creep in.

The will “to do” springs from the knowledge that you can do. Doubt and fear are the great enemies of The Word of The Most High. If you allow doubt and fear to enter into your life, doubt and fear will stop you from taking steps toward living a life in The Most High.

If you eliminate doubt and unbelief, then you will conquer fear because perfect love removes all fear. Your every thought is allied with power, and all difficulties are bravely met and wisely overcome. The Most High has not given you a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, love, and a peace of mind. Your purpose is seasonably planted, and it blooms and brings forth fruit, which does not fall prematurely to the ground.

Thought linked fearlessly to purpose in The Most High becomes a creative force. When you realize and know this, you are ready to become something higher and stronger than a mere bundle of wavering thoughts and fluctuating sensations.

Your main state of mind will be reflected in your external world, according to your dominate thought pattern(s).

Proverbs 23:7 ("As a man thinketh in his heart so is he") not only embraces the whole of your being, but it is so comprehensive as to reach out to every condition and circumstance of your life. You are literally what you think, your character being the complete sum of all your thoughts.

 
As a plant springs from the seed that is planted, the same applies to every action that you take. Your actions spring from the hidden seeds of your thoughts. This also applies to those acts called "spontaneous" and "unpremeditated" as to those which are deliberately executed.
 
By law, the concept of cause and effect is absolute and doesn't change in the hidden realm of thought as in the world of visible and material things.

Good character is not a thing of favor or chance, but is the natural result of continued effort in right and pure thinking. Bad character, by the same process, is the result of the continued dwelling in wrong and impure thoughts.
 
Thought and character are one. Your character can only manifest and display itself through your environment. You are made or unmade by yourself. By your thoughts, you make the weapons by which you allow the enemy to destroy you. You also fashion the tools with which you build for yourself a life of joy, happiness, and peace (Walking In The Spirit).
 
By the right choice and true application of thought, you can ascend to divine perfection. By the abuse and wrong application of thought, you can descend below the level of the beast and live in total mediocrity. Between these two extremes are all the grades of character, and you are the maker and master.
 
Of all the beautiful truths pertaining to living, which have been restored and brought to light in this age through technology, none is more exciting than this:
 
YOU are the master of your thinking,
YOU are the molder of your character,
YOU are the maker of your condition, your environment, your destiny in the kingdom.

 
As a being of power, intelligence, and the master of your own thoughts, you hold the key to every situation. You will always be the master of your circumstances and situations, even in your weakest and most negative state. You can only "become" by discovering and by being aware of your patterns of thinking.
 
Watch, control, and alter your thoughts, then trace their effects upon yourself, upon others, and upon your life and circumstances. Start linking cause and effect through awareness of your thoughts and you will gain knowledge about yourself and your character (who you are). Through much practice in paying attention to your thinking, you will soon discover that you are the maker, shaper, and master of your world because you hold the keys to the kingdom.

Your mind is like a garden which may be spiritually cultivated by The Word of The Most High or allowed to run wild. Whether cultivated or neglected, it will bring forth what has been planted (be it negative/positive or righteousness/unrighteousness). If no useful seeds are put into your mind, then an abundance of useless weed seeds (sin and negativity) will fall into the soil of your garden (the mind), and the weeds (sin) will continue to greatly produce of their kind.

Just as a gardener cultivates his garden by keeping it free from weeds (sin), you also need to tend the garden of your mind. You must weed out all the wrong, useless, negative, impure and unrighteous thoughts.

The outer conditions of your life will always be in direct relationship with your way of thinking. You are where you are because of your thinking.

As a progressive and ever changing child of YAH, you are where you are so that you may learn and grow. As you learn the lessons of life and walk in his laws and commandments, old circumstances and situations pass away and give place to new circumstances and situations.

Issues of life will punish you as long as you believe yourself to be the victim of outside conditions. When you realize that you may command the soil and seeds of your being by your thinking on The Word of YAH, you will then become the rightful master of yourself (fruit of the spirit through self-control).

Every thought that is allowed to fall into your mind and take root produces its own harvest sooner or later. Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bad fruit. Your outer world shapes itself around your inner world of thought.

The heart attracts that which it secretly hates, loves, and fears. A man or woman does not come to poverty by some uncontrolled fate of circumstance, but by the pathway of negative thoughts and lustful desires. Nor does a pure-minded or righteous man or woman fall suddenly into crime by stress of any external force. The criminal thought had long been secretly kept in the heart, when suddenly the hour of opportunity reveals that which has been keep secret.

Circumstances do not make you; it reveals you to your thoughts. Even at birth, the heart comes into its own and through every step of its day-to-day living it attracts the reflections of its own purity and impurity, its strength and weakness, its positivity or negativity.

You do not attract that which you want, but that in which you are. You are only confined by yourself and the choices you make. Thought and action are the jailers of fate—they imprison, if they are negative or unrighteous. They are also the messengers of freedom—they liberate, if they are positive and full of truth.

In the light of this truth, what is the meaning of fighting against circumstances or fighting against the reality of life? It means that you are continually resisting an effect that is outside of you, while all the time you are nourishing and preserving its cause in your heart.

People are anxious to improve their circumstance but they are unwilling to improve themselves. Therefore, they remain bound to their unwanted situation.

Suffering can be the effect of wrong thought in some direction. It is an indication that you are out of harmony with life and The Word of Most High because of your thinking. The sole and supreme use of suffering is to purify, to burn out all that is useless and impure if your mindset is of YAH.

Mental and emotional suffering cease when you become pure and perfect in thought. There would be no reason to continue burning gold after the dross has been removed.

The circumstances you encounter with suffering are the result of your own negative and/or impure thinking. The circumstance you encounter with blessedness, not material possessions, is the measure of your right thoughts. Negativity, not lack of material possessions, is the measure of wrong thought. You may be cursed and rich; you may be blessed and poor.

Hardships and addictions are the two extremes of negative and impure thinking. They are both equally unnatural and the result of mental and emotional disorder. You are not rightly conditioned until you are a happy, healthy, and a prosperous being. Happiness, health, and prosperity are the result of a harmonious relationship of the inner thinking with your outer surroundings as it is aligned with The Word of The Most High.

You will only begin to become that in which you desire, when you cease to whine and complain. Begin now to search for the hidden thoughts which regulate your life. As you adapt your mind to right thinking (The Word of The Most High), you cease to accuse others as the cause of your condition, and you will begin to build yourself up in strong and positive righteous thoughts.

When you cease to kick against circumstances, you will begin to use circumstances and situations as aids to your more rapid progress. Issues of life will then be used to discover the hidden powers and possibilities within yourself.

Law, not confusion, is the dominating principle in the Kingdom of The Most High. Justice, not injustice, is the soul and substance of life. Righteousness, not corruption, is the molding and moving force of the world. This being so, you only have to seek first the Kingdom and all of its righteousness. During the process of getting yourself right, you will find that as you change your thoughts toward The Creator, things and other people; The Creator, things and other people will change toward you (favor).

The proof of this truth is within you, and it is easy to investigate by looking within your thinking. If you would radically change your thoughts and how you feel (desires), you will be astonished at the rapid transformation in the conditions of your life.

You may think that your thoughts can be kept secret, but they cannot. Your thoughts rapidly crystallize into your circumstances and situations. For instance, unhealthy thinking will produce unhealthy eating habits and unhealthy eating habits will produce sickness and disease. Impure thoughts of every kind crystallize into chaotic and confusing habits, which crystallize into distracting and bad circumstances. Thoughts of fear, doubt, and indecision crystallize into weak, timid, and procrastinating habits, which solidify into circumstances of failure, hardships, and addictions.

Hateful and judgmental thoughts crystallize into habits of accusation and violence, which solidify into circumstances of injury and persecution. Selfish thoughts of all kinds crystallize into habits of self-seeking, which solidify into circumstances where things are taken away from you.

On the other hand, pure thoughts crystallize into habits of temperance and self-control, which solidify into circumstances of joy and peace. Thoughts of courage, self-reliance, and decision crystallize into confidence and faith habits, which solidify into circumstances of success, plenty, and freedom.

Energetic thoughts crystallize into habits of motivation, which solidify into circumstances of pleasantness and accomplishment. Gentle and forgiving thoughts crystallize into habits of gentleness, which solidify into protective and preservative circumstances. Loving and unselfish thoughts crystallize into habits of forgiveness to others, which solidify into circumstances of sure and abiding prosperity and true riches.

A particular train of thought cannot fail to produce its results in the form of circumstances and situations. You cannot directly choose your circumstances, but you can choose your thoughts, and so indirectly shape your circumstances.

If you cease from your negative unrighteous thoughts, the world will soften toward you, and be ready to help you (favor). If you put away your negative thoughts, opportunities will spring up on every hand to aid you in the things you seek. The world is your dominion which presents unlimited opportunities at every succeeding moment because of your ever-moving positive and righteous thoughts.
